Day 2 - 6.27.2018

Day 2 - I decided to walk around my neighborhood this morning for my day 2 walk.  It was nice to see how quite my little city I live in is and how nice my neighbors are.  I got in 30 minutes and around 1.5 miles.  It was a little cold outside this morning but the briskness made life feel a little better.

Day 1 - 6.26.2018

I decided to try to become a better person.  Inside and Outside.  After watching two of my current favorite movies, Julie and Julia and Wild, I decided that I was going to try to "Walk" myself to becoming a better person inside and out.  My goal is to walk at least 30 minutes every day for the next 365 days.  Rain, sleet, snow, or heat won't stop me!  Sometimes it maybe at the gym.  Sometimes it may be at the mountains! 

A little background.  I broke my ankle in November during a skiing accident.  I am still experiencing aches and pains in my ankle but I am not going to let that stop me!  I figure the more I work it, the stronger it will become!

Day 1 - So Day 1 was at the gym.  I got it 30 minutes on the treadmill!
